How to Make a Valentine’s Day Heart-Shaped Cake

Ingredients:
1 package cake mix (2-layer size)  any flavor except angel food
1 cup cold milk
1 package (4-serving size) Vanilla flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tub (8 ounces) Whipped topping, thawed

Baked Sweet Potato Chips with Blue Cheese Sauce, Bacon and Green Onion

Let’s kickoff this party with something sweet, salty, smokey, and creamy.  What else could you ask for?  This looks like perfection to me.  I’m loving these baked sweet potato chips with blue cheese sauce, bacon, and green onion
Ingredients:
1 pound yams, sliced thin on a mandolin
1 tablespoon canola oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
½ cup hot milk
4 ounces gorgonzola, divided
3 green onions, sliced thin
4 slices bacon, cooked and roughly chopped

Fried Cabbage

This is a family favorite that is put into every cookbook for my kids when they move out and get married. It is a beautiful dish with many colors and full of flavor. Warning, it is addictive
